“The Journey of the Beloved ﷺ”

This painting, The Journey of the Beloved ﷺ, holds a piece of my heart. I was commissioned to create a work that encapsulates the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , a task both humbling and deeply emotional. I took it as an opportunity to pour out my love, reverence, and devotion for our Beloved ﷺ.

This piece highlights the defining moments of his blessed life.

From Safa & Marwa and the miracle of Zamzam, to the birth of Makkah, the city awake in remembrance of Allah. The caravan camels reflect the trade routes to Syria and Yemen, while ‘Aam al-Fil marks his birth and Abwa marks the passing of Bibi Amina.
The most transformative moment, the Revelation, is symbolized by the illuminated Cave of Hira, embraced by the wings of Rūḥ al-Amīn.
The blessed Night Journey (Isrā’ wa Mi‘rāj) is captured through the symbolic Dome of the Rock, representing Masjid Al-Aqsa.

His migration from Makkah to Madinah is shown through the path toward the Cave of Thawr, protected by the spider’s web that concealed him from his enemies.
Madinah shines through the date palms where Islam blossomed. A light that spread across the world, dispelling darkness.

Depicting the battles (Ghazawāt) was one of the greatest challenges. The Mountain of Uhud and a victorious army mark the hardships and triumphs of that era.

This painting is my small effort, my humble tribute to the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. I pray that it becomes a source of goodness, and if it is auctioned, may it help raise funds for a meaningful cause.
And on the Day of Judgement, may this artwork stand in my favour, and may I be blessed with the shafā‘ah of our Beloved Nabi ﷺ. Ameen.
